Recommend Equalizer Settings:
 

1. on mobile tap on the Music player

2. Tap settings

3. Tap Equalizer

4.  Try with different Equalizer settings of your choice

Sound problems may occur due to an issue with the Music player, try playing the same track with a different music player to notice a difference.

Ensure if user is listening downloaded song/Online APP song or YouTube Song. Note- YouTube songs quality may be lower than the Online APP or downloaded song quality

 

b) Listen the same song through different mobile phone

Tip: An equalizer (also called an "EQ") is an audio filter that isolates certain frequencies and either boosts them, lowers them, or leaves them unchanged. Equalizers are found on a wide array of mobile devices.

 

An equalizer will adjust audio output so that certain frequencies are emphasized over others.

 

Recommend customer to try a different equalizer setting. If this doesn't work, proceed with the next step

 

d) Check Streaming quality

One side is not working

Chances are, you might have an issue with the mobile. You can check if the earbuds are working well using a different mobile. If the issue still persists with an alternate device.

 

Important to get to know if there is any physical damage with the product.
