If you are facing distortion in one/both ear buds please follow these steps:

b) If you are streaming the music Online make sure the internet connection is stable

 

c) We suggest you to listen the same song either with any other headphone or through a different Mobile Phone

 

d) Select the streaming quality to the maximum for better sound quality

 

e) Reset the Device
