1. Forgot Tune Sport 2 from your list of paired devices 

2. Turn off the Bluetooth of your phone

3. Press and Hold both the volume buttons together  for 3 seconds, until led flashes White Thrice indicating that your Tune Sport 2 is now Reset

4. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and connect to Tune Sport 2
