Before resetting, make sure that the earbuds and the case are charged fully and follow these steps 

• Forget/delete Shots Ergo from the list of saved devices on your phone’s Bluetooth list.
• Take out the earbuds from the charging case. 
• Press and hold both the earbuds at the same time, till a white LED flashes 3 times on each earbud. 
• Now tap each earbud three times.
• A white LED light flashes once indicating the earbuds have been reset.
• Put both earbuds back into the charging case and begin the pairing process.
